Saideh Brown, more warmly known as Luxury Sai, is a second-generation etiquette executive who enjoys a diverse career that spans entertainment, sports, real estate, social engagement, and philanthropy. She is President Emeritus of the National Council of Women at the United Nations and the Chief Executive Officer of Portfolio Ventures, a suite of culture-driven brands designed to shape how we live, learn, and celebrate.

Through her signature brands Urban Cabana Town & Country and Luxury Sai at Home, she helps guests live as beautifully as their dreams—turning simple occasions into rituals of joy, elegance, and unforgettable hospitality. Saideh invites others into a lifestyle where beauty, warmth, and intention shape every gathering. Her work, powered by creativity, innovation and design, is a soulful approach to entertaining that honors culture, ceremony, and connection. Her other brands, The Etiquette Academy and Etiquette for Weddings are inspired by her mother who began teaching etiquette in 1976. Whether she’s hosting an intimate garden tea or curating a rooftop supper in the city, each moment is designed to feel like home and possibilities at once.

Raised in the Greenwich Village neighborhood of New York City above The Village Gate, Saideh lived an immersive experience of urban city living. The famed NYC Pride Parade, the West 4th St. basketball cages, and the Village's bohemian arts culture provided an intersectional foundation for what would become a life of service to others and an entrepreneurial journey unmatched by few.
